No problem! Unused credits roll over and stack — up to $105. That gives you the flexibility to sharpen when you’re ready. (Credits beyond $105 won’t be added, so it's best to use them when you can.)

Yes! You can pause or cancel your plan anytime, no questions asked. When you pause, your credits stay on your account and can still be used whenever you're ready.

➕ What if I have more knives than my credits cover?

No problem — any extra knives beyond your credits are just $10 each. We’ll let you know in advance if anything’s not covered so there are no surprises.

📅 Can I schedule a sharpening before my next one is due?

Yes! You can schedule an off-cycle sharpening anytime. Your credits will apply as usual, or you can pay $10 per knife if you’ve used them up.
